Our Network

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

We are committed to making a positive impact in our community by engaging in several outreach programmes through PUNUKA Foundation, our NGO and providing Pro bono legal services to those in need.

Our Child Care Center is available on Punuka Foundation website.

A not-for-profit organisation established in November, 2004 by our Senior Partner, Chief Anthony I. Idigbe, SAN and Managing Partner, Chief Mrs. Elizabeth Idigbe to raise awareness and advocate for the rights, treatment and care of children with intellectual disabilities and their families

We are passionate about the future of the children with special needs in our community and engage in various activities such as our Annual February 14 Visitation to welfare homes, our Walk for Super Special Children.
We partner with various organizations whose mission and vision align with ours to ensure that no challenged or under-privileged child in Nigeria is without the support that they need to be the best versions of themselves. Some of these organizations include:

  2. Down Syndrome Foundation of Nigeria
  3. Nigeria Human Rights Commission
  4. Modupe Cole Memorial Child Care and Treatment Home.

At Punuka, we believe that access to justice is a fundamental human right.

Through our Pro bono Scheme, we offer free legal services to persons who cannot afford legal representation in our community. In doing this, we have done some of our most fulfilling work by causing the establishment of much-needed jurisprudence that protects the rights of various disadvantaged groups particularly, women and the girl child in Nigeria. Some of our Pro Bono cases include:
