We have assisted both offshore and onshore oil & gas companies in structuring Joint Venture Agreements; advised on issues arising from oil spill off the coast of the Niger Delta; advised both local and international oil and gas companies on various investment in oil and gas industry in Nigeria; drafted and negotiated numerous oil & gas related contracts, advised on structuring and financing oil & gas related businesses as well as carried out due diligence and compliance on/for various oil & gas companies.

We have advised the regulators in the power sector as well as private sector clients. We advised the Federal Government through the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) on privatization of successor companies of the defunct Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN).
