EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, PRACTICE & STRATEGY

Angela Ezenweani

Angela is the firm's Executive Director, Practice and Strategy and has the responsibility of ensuring a fully functional and professional office environment. She has over 17 years experience as a manager and administrator and brings her wealth of experience in these areas to bear in the discharge of her duties at PUNUKA. Prior to her joining the Firm, she worked with Distinct Universal Ltd, a marketing and media company for 6 years where she acquired wealth of experience in administrative and managerial matters.

Angela is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds an MBA in Financial Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and a Higher National Diploma in Marketing.

She is an Associate member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)

Executive Assistant

Abimbola Nwozuru

Abimbola is the Executive Assistant to the Senior Partner/Managing Partner with experience in administration and office management.

Prior to joining PUNUKA, Abimbola served as Executive Secretary to the GCGT Trust and Membership & Programmes Manager with the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce.

A graduate of Business Administration from the University of Ado-Ekiti; She is also passionate about Human Resources Management and is currently working on her MBA.

Senior Manager, Accounts

Ezekiel A. Onilude

Ezekiel is the accountant of the Firm.

He holds a Masters Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate Accounting Technicians (AAT).

He has vast experience in all aspects of accounting as an accountant, tax consultant and as an auditor.
Prior to working with Punuka Attorneys and Solicitors, he worked as an Audit Supervisor in Moronkeji Olufemi & Co (Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant).

Assistant HR Manager

Tolulope Adetoke Asa

Tolulope is the Assistant Human Resources Manager of the firm. She attended Bowen University. She is HRCI certified in Professional Human Resources International (PHRI) and has acquired extensive experience serving in various managerial and strategic committees of NGO’s. She is passionate about organization effectiveness.

She is an alumnus of Women in Successful Career (WISCAR) Stream 7, a high level and structured mentoring program for entry/mid-career professional women.

Her 8 years working/consulting experience cut across Education, Engineering, Event, Financial, Food and Sport Sector.

Personal Assistant

Philomina Philips

Philomina is the Personal Assistant to both the Senior and Managing Partner of the Firm.

She has over 20 years experience in secretarial, administrative and facility management. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Secretary Administration from Federal Polytechnic, Auchi. Philomina is a member student of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management with Intermediary II Certificate.
