We have represented renowned Transportation Companies on transaction setbacks in obtaining Letters of Credit’s from Leading Nigerian Banks and have facilitated several negotiations and interest rate recovery arrangement on the collateralized deposit on behalf of our client in collaboration with the Firm’s leading insolvency group.
