Founded in 2000 under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice of North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany, the IEEI fosters international dialogue on insolvency and restructuring law. With more than 100 members across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa, it provides a vital platform for exchanging insights and advancing best practices in cross-border insolvency and corporate recovery.

Dr. Idigbe’s inclusion reflects his outstanding contributions to the development of insolvency and restructuring practice in Nigeria and beyond. With over four decades of professional experience, he has advised on major corporate restructurings, mergers, and insolvency matters, while consistently promoting reforms that strengthen the legal and business environment.
