Ebelechukwu Enedah is a partner in the firm of PUNUKA Attorneys & Solicitors, one of the foremost law firm in Nigeria. She is a Fellow of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), a member of Nigeria Institute of Management and has a higher national diploma in Business Administration and Management from Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu. She was called to the Nigerian bar with upper credit in 2006 after which she joined the firm.

Ebelechukwu heads the Capital Market, Family Law & Wealth Management and Consultancy & Government Regulatory practice groups, where her training and experience in Project Finance has being greatly utilized in providing services to clients. Her practice areas include Dispute Resolution (Expertise in Litigation), Privatization, Legal & Regulatory Drafting, Legal and Transaction Advisory, Project Finance, Capital Market, Probate & Family Law, Estate Planning & Asset Management, Energy Law (Power), Oil & Gas, Company Law & Practice, Commercial Law, Insolvency.

She has extensive experience in Financial Services Law, Insolvency and Business Restructuring having advised and assisted various multinationals and companies in restructuring their credit facilities, acting as a Receiver/Manager in an insolvency matter with assets worth over N8 Billion, a trustee in the administration initiated by SEC over a ponzi scheme. Ebelechukwu also has extensive experience in company secretarial services, having, etc. handled several matters which involved her vast knowledge of Company and Allied Matters. Her expertise also involves Family Law, Probate Matters and Estate Planning. Ebelechukwu has been involved in many ‘big ticket’ dispute resolution brief in Nigeria.

Her role as Country Coordinator in charge of coordinating Forum Against Counterfeiting (FAC|Nigeria) and Attorney General Alliance Africa Program, (AGA|Africa) training projects in Nigeria has ensured a smooth organization of highly successful training workshops, retreats and symposia in Nigeria with prominent Nigerians in attendan

.She has served on a pro bono basis as member of various committees set up by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) which earned her an award by SEC in recognition of her contribution to the development of the Nigerian Capital Market. Some of the Committees are - Technical Committee on the Commodities Trading Ecosystem; Fintech Roadmap Committee on the Nigerian Capital Market. The work of these committee has unarguably influenced the ongoing reforms in the Nigerian Capital Market.
