Omotayo Ogunbadewa obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Benson Idahosa University, Edo State, where he served as the President of the Law Students Association. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom.

Omotayo is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Nigeria Branch. He currently leads the Employment Law Practice Group at the firm, specializing in providing strategic legal advice and representation on employment and labor law matters.
