Benson is results-driven and seasoned litigator with many years of experience in dispute resolution, specializing in commercial litigation, arbitration, tax and real estate matters. He has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex and high stakes matters.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Benin in 2014 with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division). He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School where he graduated with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. In 2018, he obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Benin. In his undergraduate days at the University of Benin, Benson served as a Judge of the Law Faculty’s moot Court.

Prior to joining PUNUKA Attorneys & Solicitors, he had worked in a reputable Nigerian Law Firm where he acquired extensive experience in litigation. Benson is also an avid researcher that has been published in both local and international peer reviewed journals.
