She has over 13 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, business establishment, Mergers & Acquisition, legal advisory, contract negotiation and immigration applications as well as handling corporate due diligence, post incorporation work and procuring operational licenses and regulatory permits.

She holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria.
