Adekola obtained his LL. B degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, graduating with a Second Class Upper. Thereafter, he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School from where he also graduated with a Second Class Upper. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013.

He gained experience in practice from other top law firms where he worked assiduously on several high profile and sensitive matters such as election petitions, criminal matters, chieftaincy disputes, taxation matters, arbitration cases and interbank disputes before joining the law firm of PUNUKA Attorneys and Solicitors in 2016.

Aside from law practice, Adekola is the President of a publishing company called The Peace Hub. As the head of this organization, he has supervised the publishing of several books, most renowned of which is a journal titled The Eminent Jurist, published in honour of Hon. Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour JSC. He has also published several papers in various local and international Journals.

Adekola has vast experience in litigation. He also has special interest in election related matters, appeals, criminal cases, employment disputes, commercial litigation and arbitration. He has prepared briefs and appeared in cases at the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal High Court, State High Courts, Code of Conduct Tribunal and Election Tribunals.
