Betty Biayeibo graduated from the prestigious University of Benin with a Second Class Upper Division in 2013. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2014 having bagged a Second Class Upper Division from the Nigerian Law School. She previously obtained a Distinction in a Diploma-in-Law Programme from the University of Benin and has a certificate of training and proficiency in Dispute Resolution from Dispute Resolution Associates, Abuja.

She joined the firm in December 2014 under the one year compulsory National Youth Service (NYSC) and was in that time very resourceful. She was actively involved in litigation, preparation of legal opinions, arbitration proceedings, company secretariat work, legal research, preparation of case strategies, to mention but a few. During her NYSC, she was also actively involved in the NYSC Legal Aid scheme, offering pro bono legal services to indigent accused persons. She was lead counsel in one of the teams that secured the release of an accused person who had been in prison custody for a long time. Upon completion of her NYSC, she was retained as an Associate in the firm.

Betty Biayeibo has great leadership skills which overtime has showcased itself. She was Chambers Head, Gani Fawehinmi Students Chambers Faculty of Law, University of Benin in the 2012/2013 session, Lead Counsel for Defence and Prosecution respectively in the two moot competitions at the Nigerian Law School Abuja campus 2013/2014.

She has keen interest in Litigation, Company secretarial, Arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms, Corporate Commercial and Legal Research
